Hans Villa

Hans Villa has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Hans began their career in 1998 as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. In 2001, they moved to Axtel, where they served as a Senior Information Technology Architect for Front Office Systems. From 2003 to 2005, they were the General Director and New Product Development Director at Netser. In 2012, Hans became the CEO of AUPA Innovation Lab. Hans then went on to become the Cofounder of AUPA Group and AUPA Desarrollo in 2017 and Cofounder and Partner of AUPA Digital in 2015. In 2019, they became the Director at Fibotech and in 2020, they took on the role of Co-Founder and CEO at Nufi.

Hans Villa has a diverse education history. Hans completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Systems Engineering with specialization in Telecommunications and Biotechnology from ITESM Campus Monterrey in 1998. Hans then went on to pursue a Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurial Development from ITESM Campus Monterrey between 2011 and 2014. In 2016, they took a course at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology called Cracking the Creativity Code. Hans also completed two courses on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Coursera in 2016-2017. Additionally, they have taken two courses from MIT Sloan School of Management, Developing and Managing a Successful Technology and Product Strategy and Platform Revolution: Making Networked Markets Work for You. Furthermore, they have obtained two certifications, ExO Consultant Certification from OpenExO in November 2019, and Exponential Organizations - ExO Foundations from OpenExO in September 2019.
