Aleh Haltseu, PMP®, PSM, MCSD, is an experienced software engineer and entrepreneur with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Team Lead at nugs.net, Aleh is responsible for building scalable software solutions and managing product features. Aleh founded Deterica LLC, focusing on Amazon-based retail; established Bionicarm LTD, which involved inventing a prosthetic arm control technique; and held senior positions at Frontline Education and Intetics, where Aleh contributed to product development and lifecycle management. With a Bachelor's degree in Intellectual Computer Technologies of Information Protection from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, Aleh has excelled in various technical roles, from .NET and PHP development to project management, consistently driving successful outcomes across multiple projects and organizations.
