Khadija Noakes

Khadija Noakes, MSM, currently serves as a People Business Partner at Nuix since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and employee experience roles. Previously, Khadija worked at Qualtrics as an Employee Experience Partner, where responsibilities included supporting the Talent & Culture team with HR data audits and corrective actions. Prior positions include HR Benefits Liaison at George Mason University, Corporate/HR Analyst at Zermount, Inc., and various roles in event coordination and operations. Khadija holds a Master of Science in Business Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Events Management from the same institution.
