Matt Gardiner

Matt Gardiner is a financial services leader with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and marketing across the United States, UK, and Australia. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Operations at Nuix, they previously led the Strategy & Business Operations function at First Republic Bank and grew a team from two to eight members within 18 months. Matt holds an MBA from IESE Business School and has held significant roles in Australia’s Commonwealth Bank, where they advanced through various strategy and marketing positions. Prior to entering the U.S. market, Matt worked as a consultant for Profile Pensions, advising on strategy and product development.
