Paul Harris has garnered extensive experience in various technical and engineering roles across multiple companies since the late 1990s. Starting as a Graduate Programme participant at Rolls-Royce and later serving as a Business Manager at Electronic Ink, Paul progressed to significant positions including Analyst Programmer at both Royal Mail and British Energy. Notably, Paul has held leadership roles such as Head of Engineering at Nuix since August 2024, Chief Technology Officer at Retail Insight, and Director of Engineering, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-terabyte analytical systems and implementing cloud-native engineering practices. With a solid educational foundation, holding an MEng with 1st (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Sheffield University, Paul has effectively managed organizational scaling, recruitment, and strategic technological transformations throughout a diverse career.
