Birgit Neuburger-Hillmayer

Birgit Neuburger-Hillmayer has held various positions in their career, beginning in 2007 as an Assistent Corporate Investment Management at Steirische Wirtschaftsförderung SFG. In 2008, they held a position as a Project Assistant at Permion Consult GmbH and a HR-Manager (with a leading function) at Kämmerer AG. At Kämmerer AG, they were responsible for building the team, HR strategy, and structures during the growth from 6 to 60 employees. Birgit also managed employees, developed leadership, was responsible for personnel and organizational development, recruiting, and was the contact person for labor law matters. In 2013, they became a Business Consultant at Altran, where they consulted on organizational and strategic IT projects. In 2014, they were the Head of Human Resources at CTP Air Pollution Control. In 2018, they founded Birgit Neuburger-Hillmayer, where they developed HR strategies and structures to prepare start-ups and SMEs for growth phases. This included personnel development structures, leadership development, career paths, and performance management. In 2020, they became the CEO, conceptual mastermind, and leadership coach at Labcademy Trainings, where they created tailored, flexible training concepts that meet the requirements of a company's everyday life. Finally, in 2022, Birgit Neuburger-Hillmayer will become People Development Manager at Nuki Home Solutions GmbH.

Birgit Neuburger-Hillmayer obtained their Dr.re.soc.oec. from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz between 2007 and 2012, with a field of study in Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung. Birgit also completed a Visiting Research Programme at the University of Wollongong in 2006-2007, with a field of study in Management. From 2001 to 2007, they obtained their MMag. from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, with a field of study in Management and International Business / Financial and Industrial Management. Additionally, they completed an Erasmusaufenthalt at IAE Montpellier in 2005, with a field of study in Administration d'Entreprise. Birgit Neuburger-Hillmayer also holds certifications as a Business Coach from TÜV Austria CERT GMBH (obtained in September 2014) and a Diplom TrainerInnenausbildung from ppc training (obtained in August 2014).
