Suzanne Cerra

Suzanne Cerra is a co-founding law firm partner specializing in management-side employment law. Suzanne is also a co-founder of SHIFT HR Compliance Training, LLC, a woman-owned company that provides online employment law training. Suzanne has extensive experience as a partner and associate in several law firms before establishing their own practice. Suzanne holds a J.D. magna cum laude from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Science cum laude in Political Science from Bucknell University.
