Erica Borenstein

Erica Borenstein currently serves as Chief of Staff at NULASTIN® since September 2023. Prior to this role, Borenstein was General Counsel at Farmland Partners Inc. from June 2016 to December 2021. Borenstein also held the position of Vice President International and General Counsel at Newton Running Company, where responsibilities included corporate legal matters and international sales from February 2008 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes roles such as Counsel Broadband Services at CSG Systems and Associate positions at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, Dorsey & Whitney LLP, and Podesta Associates. Borenstein began their legal career as a Legal Intern at the Recording Industry Association of America. Educational background includes a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
