Russell Pritchett has a diverse work experience. Russell started their career in 2012 as a Baseball Coordinator at Fusion Sports and Recreation, where they taught kids aged 3-5 how to play baseball through fun activities. In 2013, they worked as a Shift Supervisor at Shepherds Hill Academy. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Manager at T33% Baseball & Softball Skills Training, where they were responsible for everyday operations, taught baseball hitting and catching lessons, and planned events. In 2016, Russell worked as a Professional Baseball Instructor at D-BAT Atlanta. Russell then joined NuLife Med, LLC in 2016 and held multiple roles including Sales Service Representative, Market Field Supervisor, and Director of Field Operations.
Russell Pritchett attended Hart County High School from 2006 to 2010. After graduating from high school, they then enrolled at East Georgia State College in 2010 and studied Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies. Russell stayed at East Georgia State College for one year before transferring to Toccoa Falls College in 2011. At Toccoa Falls College, Russell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, completing their studies in 2014.
In addition to their formal education, Russell Pritchett has obtained several certifications through LinkedIn. In July, September, and October of 2019, they completed courses and received certifications in various management and leadership skills, including "Be a Better Manager by Motivating Your Team," "Managing Stress," "Being an Effective Team Member," "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers," "Finding Your Purpose at Work," and "Managing Teams."
