Prior to this, they worked as a Partner of Nulogy.com & Managing Director at ebsca GmbH, where they focused on helping FMCG companies digitize their supply chain connection. Eckard also served as the Head of Business Development at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. Previously, they held positions such as the Head of Business Unit Instore Logistics at POS Tuning Udo Vosshenrich GmbH & Co KG, Head of Customer Operations at Beiersdorf, Director of Procurement at Beiersdorf North America, Procurement Manager at Beiersdorf AG, and Trade Marketing Manager at Beiersdorf AG.

Eckard Bicker completed a Master of Commerce degree in Marketing and International Business at the University of Sydney from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Science in Economics specializing in International Business and Marketing at the University of Münster from 2003 to 2005.
