Marion Sterlin

Marion Sterlin is a Certified Professional Coach and Mentor, as well as the Founder and CEO of Bloom&, a company dedicated to coaching, learning, consulting, and empowerment since April 2019. Currently a member of the NUMA Coach Academy, Marion facilitates workshops and coaching sessions focused on management and leadership challenges. Previously, Marion held significant roles at Parfums Christian Dior as Worldwide Innovation & HR Lab Manager and Learning & Development Manager, where responsibilities included leading transformative projects and implementing global leadership programs. Marion also served as Global HR Development Manager at MAKE UP FOR EVER, enhancing HR development, training, and internal communication strategies. Early career experiences include HR roles at LVMH and junior consulting positions, complemented by a robust educational background from Université Paris Dauphine and other institutions specializing in coaching and human resources.
