Inga Svinhufvud Laudiero has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Inga co-founded Numa, a hotel company that aims to create original stays in vibrant neighborhoods by incorporating technology and taste. Prior to this, Inga worked as an advisor at Oramai London. Inga also served as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley for almost a decade. In addition, Inga had a role in sales for HUGO BOSS in Latin America. Inga began their career as a summer intern in the Securities Division at Goldman Sachs.

Inga Svinhufvud Laudiero has a diverse education history. Inga started their academic journey in 2000 at Woodrow Wilson High School as part of the American Intercultural Student Exchange program. From 2001 to 2005, they attended S:t Eskils Gymnasium, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate (IB) degree, focusing on subjects such as Swedish, English, Maths, Economics, Business, and Biology. In 2005, they furthered their studies at the Stockholm School of Economics, completing a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Business and Economics. In 2009, Inga spent an academic year at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where they also earned a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, concentrating on Business and Economics. Continuing their educational journey, they pursued additional areas of interest. In 2017, they enrolled in iDiscover 360, where they focused on Human Development and Practical Emotional Intelligence. In 2018, Inga undertook a short course at the University of the Arts London, exploring Interior Design. Lastly, in 2019, they joined the MIT School of Architecture and Planning's Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment program, concentrating on Real Estate Development.
