Svenja Siltmann

Svenja Siltmann is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with a diverse background in operations and project management. Currently serving as the Cluster Operations Manager North at numa since May 2023, Svenja previously held multiple roles at Generator from August 2017 to May 2023, including Project Manager & Pre-Opening General Manager and Group Operations Manager. Other experience includes a Project Manager position at Paramount Hotel Times Square New York and Group Operations Manager at Freehand Hotels, alongside earlier roles at pentahotels and Palais Hansen Kempinski Vienna.
