Perla Rittigstein

Perla Rittigstein is an accomplished chemical engineer with extensive experience in quality engineering and research and development. Currently serving as a Quality Engineering Manager at Numat since September 2024, Rittigstein previously held the position of Senior Chemical Engineer at Hazel Technologies, Inc. from October 2021 to May 2024. Prior roles include R&D Applications Scientist at ANGUS Chemical Company and its subsidiary, as well as a Research Engineer at Cabot Corporation. Rittigstein has led various technical development projects aimed at enhancing product quality and identifying new materials. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University, Rittigstein has a strong academic foundation complemented by significant industry experience.
