Emma Raz has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Teacher Assistant for the Hebrew University. In 2010, they worked as a Business Culture Consultant and English Teacher for Beijing Unisplendour M&C Co., Ltd. and as an Intern for The Rights Practice. In 2011, they were an Intern for the Beijing Arbitration Commission. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an International Business Development Manager for JobHunt, Quality Control Engineer and Logistic Planner and Project Manager for Check Point Software Technologies, and Director of Business Development, Senior Business Development Manager, and Client Partner, Game Advertising for Appnext. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a BizDev and Marketing Consultant and from 2019 to 2021 they were the Global Supporters Engagement Lead for World Animal Protection. Currently, they are the Director of Commercial for NumberEight.
Emma Raz began their educational journey in 2006 when they attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they earned a BA in Business Management and East Asian Studies in 2009. Emma then went on to Peking University to receive a Certificate in Advance Language (Chinese) in 2010. Finally, they completed an MA in Chinese Law at SOAS University of London in 2011.
