Giovanni Olivera

Giovanni Olivera has extensive work experience in the field of IT, starting from 2000 to the present. Giovanni began their career at AR Computers, where they worked as a Front Desk/Support Technician from December 2000 to May 2002. During this time, they built custom computer systems, provided phone support, and performed on-site and in-store computer repair.

In 2002, Giovanni joined The Computer Guy as a Senior Technician until March 2006, where they gained experience in on-site computer repair, networking, and support for existing networks. Giovanni also worked with VOIP, Small Business Server, VPN, Roaming profiles, NAT, DMZ, TCP/IP, and Active Directory.

From 2006 to 2013, Giovanni worked at Maintech as a Support Technician, and later as a System Engineer and Deskside Support. Giovanni obtained various certifications and skills including A-plus, Windows NT 4, Windows 2000, Network-plus, Office 2000, Novell Netware 5, iNet-plus, Red Hat Linux, Windows 2000 Server, and Cisco Operating System. In this role, they performed a wide range of tasks ranging from helpdesk support to server support in a large 3000+ user environment.

In 2013, Giovanni moved on to Capital Group as a Deployment Engineer until June 2015. Giovanni then joined Numecent in June 2015, continuing their role as a Deployment Engineer.
