Ireno Braganza

Field Services Engineer at Numed

Ireno Braganza has extensive work experience in the field of biomedical and imaging services. Ireno began their career as a Customer Engineer at Applied Materials in 2000. Ireno then worked as a Field Engineer II at GE Healthcare from 2002 to 2009, where they installed, calibrated, maintained, and repaired various medical imaging systems. This included CT scanners, nuclear medicine equipment, and digital X-ray machines.

In 2009, Braganza joined TriMedx as a Radiology Specialist II, and later became a Biomedical Technician at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital in 2010. In these roles, they provided maintenance, repair, and calibration services for life support and monitoring systems, as well as electrosurgical units.

From 2011 to 2014, Braganza worked as an Imaging Services Engineer II at ARAMARK Healthcare, where they provided onsite customer support for a range of GE and Philips healthcare systems, including CT scanners, cardiac cath labs, ultrasounds, and X-ray machines.

In 2016, Braganza joined Dignity Health as an Imaging Specialist before transitioning to TRIMEDX later that year. At TRIMEDX, they served as an Imaging Services Engineer II, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and calibration of various imaging modalities, such as ultrasound machines, cardiovascular cath labs, and X-ray systems.

Most recently, Braganza worked at Medtronic from 2020 to 2022 as a Field Services Rep III. In this role, they provided field service and technical support for spine surgical systems, including 2D/3D fluoroscopic mobile systems and robot-assisted surgery.

Currently, Braganza is employed as a Field Services Engineer at Numed, Inc. since 2022.

Ireno Braganza's education history is as follows:

- From 1987 to 1989, Ireno attended High- Tech Institute in Phoenix, AZ, where they obtained a Technical Associate degree in Computer/Electronics Technology.

- In 1991 to 1992, Ireno received a Certificate of Completion in Radar/Electronics Principles and Application from Naval Training Center Great Lakes in Illinois.

- From 1992 to 1993, Ireno completed a Certificate of Completion in Radar Tracking and Communication Systems at Combat Systems Technical Schools Command Mare Island in Vallejo, CA.

- In 1998 to 2001, Ireno studied at the University of Phoenix and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems.

- In 2000, Ireno obtained a Certificate of Completion in Endura 5500 Platforms CVD, PVD, and E-Chuck from Applied Materials Global Training University.

- In 2002, Ireno completed a Certificate of Completion in General X-Ray Principles from GE Healthcare Institute.

- In the same year, Ireno also obtained a Certificate of Completion in GE Lightspeed VCT-64 from GE Healthcare Institute.

- In 2003, Ireno acquired a Certificate of Completion in Basic/Advanced Troubleshooting of LS 4.x and 5.x CT Scanner from GE Healthcare Institute.

- From 2015 to 2016, Ireno pursued CCNA and CCNP studies at the University of Washington Tacoma.

- In 2020, Ireno attained a Certificate in Restorative Therapy from Medtronic.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Ireno Braganza has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include certifications such as Mazor FSE Training (obtained in August 2021), Radiation Safety (obtained in January 2021), O-Arm 1000 Advance Service (obtained in November 2020), and many more.
