Ronaldo Rocha Csm

Ronaldo Rocha is an experienced IT Project Manager and Scrum Master, currently working at NUMEN since July 2022, where responsibilities include serving as Scrum Master for the Embraer International Sites project across multiple countries. Previous roles include managing Agile projects for Practia Brasil, GSW Soluções Integradas, and Resource IT Solutions, with notable experience in smart manufacturing and infrastructure projects for Embraer. Ronaldo has also held positions in project coordination and systems analysis in various organizations since 1986, including CPM Braxis Capgemini and in numerous projects involving prominent companies such as Avon and Johnson & Johnson. Ronaldo holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, completed from 2008 to 2010, and is certified as a CSM, SAFe® 5 Agilist, and CAC® - Certified Agile Coach.
