Mauro Ponzè

Mauro Ponzè has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. From 1998 to 2008, they were the Vice Director and Controlador Financiero at IED Istituto Europeo di Design. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Managing Director at Istituto Europeo di Design. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Project Manager at Design Innovation srl. From 2011 to 2019, they were the Managing Partner at Coletivo Frescobol Cross Cultural Business Consulting. Since 2019, they have been the Managing Director and Business Development Advisor at Numen Technologies, where they are responsible for reporting to the Board of Directors, developing new business strategy, generating leads, building new account relationships and maintaining pre-existing ones. Additionally, they have been involved in financial and business modelling, pricing strategy and strategic alignment between business and product. Since 2019, they have also been involved in teaching activities for CREA UniCa - Projects NEMO: Nurturing Entrepreneurial Mindset & Organizations.

Mauro Ponzè received their Diploma di Laurea in Economia from the Università degli Studi di Cagliari in 1997. In 2000, they obtained a Master from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Marketing Communication. In 2018, they attended Schumacher College and obtained a Holistic Business: Transforming Business from the Inside certification in Holistic Business Model Design - Resilience Thinking. Later that same year, they attended SDG Academy and obtained a Transforming Development: The Science and Practice of Resilience Thinking certification in Design Thinking.
