Josh Cohen

Josh Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Josh is currently working at Numeracle as a Strategic Partner Manager starting in October 2022. Previously, Josh worked at Lumeon as the Director of Product and Pathway Production from January 2021 to August 2022, and as the Director of Pathway Production from October 2020 to January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Intrado as the Global Director of Quality Control from May 2018 to October 2020, and as the Performance Quality Manager from February 2016 to May 2018. Josh also gained experience at West -- TeleVox Solutions as a Client Operations Manager from February 2013 to February 2016, as a Notification Implementation Manager from October 2009 to February 2013, and as a Senior Notification Implementation Specialist/Supervisor from February 2005 to October 2009. Josh started their career at International Assurance, Inc. as the Director of Information Technology from April 2003 to February 2005.

Josh Cohen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University of South Alabama, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification in PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute in September 2022.
