Waqar Afzal

Waqar Afzal began their work experience in 2013 as an MTO at ALM Human Resource, where they worked until 2014. Waqar then worked as an Accounting Intern at Malik & Co Accountants UK for a brief period in 2014. In 2015, they joined Synergistic Financial Advisors as a Financial Analyst, conducting industry and financial analysis and developing financial models. Waqar also worked as an Accounts and Finance Manager at ALM Human Resource from 2015 to 2022. During this time, they joined Upwork as a Financial Analyst, Excel/Sheets Expert, Salesforce Administrator/Data Analyst, QuickBooks Expert, where they performed various tasks related to financial modeling, data manipulation, and analysis. Currently, they are working as a Financial Controller at Numeracle from 2022.

Waqar Afzal completed their education in a chronological order. Waqar first attended Pakistan finance college from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Intermediate degree in computer Sciences with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. Waqar then went on to study at the University of the Punjab from 2008 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce. Lastly, they attended the University of Central Punjab from 2011 to 2015, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services.
