Rich Allen

Rich Allen has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Rich began their career in 1988 as a Convertible Bond / Warrant Trader at Nomura Securities. In 1991, they moved to George Weiss Associates as an Asia Trader. Rich then joined Merrill Lynch in 1997 and held two roles, Program Trading/Trading Technology/Derivative Sales and Director, Equity Derivative Sales. In 2006, they became Managing Director, Global Head of Sales at Tora Trading Services. Rich then moved to Mission Value Partners in 2012 as COO. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Numerai as Managing Director.

Rich Allen attended Tenafly High School from 1980 to 1984. From 1984 to 1988, they attended Union College, where they earned a BA in Political Science. During 1986 and 1987, they studied at Kansai Gaidai University. Additionally, they have obtained FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 certifications.
