Gaspard de Sarnez is a business consultant with experience in the luxury retail and financial sectors. Gaspard is currently Chief of Staff at Numeral, a position they have held since 2018.
Prior to their current role, de Sarnez worked as Growth & Marketing at NEOS | le shopping libéré, which was acquired by Lyf Pay in 2018. Gaspard also spent time as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2019 to 2022.
De Sarnez began their career as an intern at Crédit Agricole CIB in 2016, before taking on a role as outlet manager at Nicolas in 2015. In 2012, they completed a summer internship at DFS, where they presented ways to improve the customer experience in the T Gallerias.
Gaspard de Sarnez holds a MSc in Management from ESCP Business School, and also studied at Intégrale (classes préparatoires - ECS), Saint Louis de Gonzague-Franklin, and Esade (langue et littérature espagnoles). Gaspard also holds certification from PADI (PADI Open Water Diver), the University of Cambridge (Certificate of Proficiency in English), and Instituto Cervantes (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera [Nivel B2]).
