Rob Moffat

Rob Moffat has a long history of work experience in the venture capital industry. In 2009, they began working as a Partner at Balderton Capital, the leading venture capital firm focused on companies coming out of Europe. Since then, they have held Board Director roles at Zego (2017), Dream Games (2019), PlayPlay (2020), Cleo AI (2018), Wagestream (2019), Primer (2020), carwow (2014), Numeral (2021), and Premialab (2021). Rob is always looking for new investments, typically European online/tech companies with billion-dollar potential requiring early stage financing of $1M to $75M.

Rob Moffat obtained their MBA from INSEAD in 2004. From 1996 to 1999, they earned an MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge. Rob then went on to receive an MMATH (Part III) in Statistics from the University of Cambridge in 1999-2000.
