Erica Corcoran

Erica Corcoran is an experienced professional in employee experience and engagement, currently serving as a Senior Employee Experience Consultant at Numerator since November 2021. In this role, Corcoran leads initiatives focused on employee development and engagement, designing programs to enhance growth and inclusivity on a global scale. Prior to Numerator, Corcoran worked at Arity as a Senior Employee Engagement Consultant, where efforts centered on creating development opportunities and enhancing employee engagement. Corcoran's career began in various roles in customer service and claims adjustment, including notable positions at Allstate as a Catastrophe Multi-Line Adjuster and at State Farm. Corcoran holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Illinois State University.
