Jessica Moore

Jessica Moore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales within the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors. Currently serving as the Customer Success Director at Numerator since May 2022, Jessica manages partnerships with leading CPG manufacturers, collaborating across teams to enhance customer value and drive retention. Prior to Numerator, Jessica held various roles at ECRM for six years, including Retail Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing top retailers, developing buyer strategies, and executing sales initiatives. Jessica's career also includes early roles in client services and teaching, alongside a strong educational background with a Master in Fine Arts from The University of Georgia and a BA in Theatre Studies from Kent State University.
