Jason Swain

Jason Swain has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jason began their career in 1999 as an Organization Development and Training Specialist at Delphi Automotive Systems. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as the Associate Director of Venture Out! at Joy Outdoor Education Center. In 2004, they founded Symbio, a company focused on creating organizational environments where trust, communication, and collaboration flourish.
