Jessica Johnson

Jessica Johnson has a solid work history at Numerica Credit Union. Jessica started their career there in 2004 as a Teller, and later moved up to various roles including Member Service Center Representative, Mortgage Loan Servicer, Card Services Processor, Fraud/BSA/OFAC Compliance Specialist, Financial Compliance Manager, Legal Compliance Manager, AVP of Legal & Compliance, and most recently AVP of Risk Management. Jessica is currently serving as Vice President of Risk, a position they have held since October 2022.

Jessica Johnson completed their education at Western Governors University from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to their time at Western Governors University, they attended Community Colleges of Spokane from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Nutrition Therapy. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jessica has obtained several certifications including Emerging Leaders from DDJ Myers in February 2022, NAFCU Certified Risk Manager (NCRM) from NAFCU (National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions) in November 2021, NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer (NCCO) from NAFCU in October 2018, CompTIA Project+ Certification from CompTIA in March 2016, and CUNA BSACS from CUNA in October 2013.
