Kristen Mulady

Kristen Mulady's work experience begins with their role at Silverwood Theme Park in 2013 as a Retail/Fudge Specialist, where they worked as a retail cashier and fudge maker and created standard operating procedures and new recipes to increase production and sales. In 2014, they continued working at Silverwood Theme Park, taking on multiple roles including Trainer, where they designed, created, and facilitated training for 1500 seasonal and full-time workers, and Wardrobe Manager, where they auditioned and hired staff, designed and repaired costumes and props, and maintained a positive culture while working with skilled craftspeople. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Training Manager at Silverwood Theme Park, responsible for designing, creating, and facilitating in-person and online training, managing multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS), and assisting management in building programs to improve staff performance and retention. Most recently, in 2020, Kristen Mulady joined Numerica Credit Union as a Financial Services Representative.

Kristen Mulady obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising from 1986 to 1988.
