Craig MacDonald

Craig Macdonald is an experienced project and operations manager with a strong background in the call centre and collections industry. Currently serving as Project Manager at Numeris since December 2017, Craig has previously held multiple management roles, including overseeing operations at Suite Collections Canada Inc. and Creditors Interchange Receivable Management, LLC. At Suite Collections, responsibilities included managing a team of over 25 staff, developing operational policies, and handling legal processes for debt recovery. Craig also worked as Call Centre Manager at Transcom North America, where management of over 80 collection associates led to a significant increase in cash collections. Craig holds an Operations Management Certificate from The Wharton School and a Call Center Manager Certification from Niagara College.
