Jim A.

Jim A. has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles within the technology sector. Jim has served as Director of Software Engineering at Numeris, where they supervised a team of 23 members and managed operational and capital budgets. At HomeStars, they worked as Director of IT Operations, overseeing the IT department and focusing on optimizing operations and financial stability. As Chief Technology Officer at Metalogic Inspection Services, they led the commercialization of a desktop application and coordinated a team of 18 members. Jim also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at SecurePark Technologies, where they directed multiple teams and managed budgets for the development of parking compliance monitoring systems. In addition, Jim A. founded Pairade.com, a platform for integrating various apps and services, and served as CEO of Sprockit Apps Inc., overseeing marketing and offshore development teams. In 2003, they continued their education and achieved a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from Strayer University. Jim further enhanced their business knowledge by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Harvard University in 2006. In that same year, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Jim pursued further education in 2011 and 2012, acquiring a Graduate Diploma in Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2019, they attended Stanford University to receive a Certificate in Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence. Currently, Jim is enrolled in Walden University, pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on Strategy and Innovation, expected to be completed in 2025.
