Tracy Chen

Tracy Chen is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development at Numeris since March 2020. Prior to this role, Tracy worked at Concentrix as an Associate Learning Specialist from March 2012 to March 2020 and held a position as a Trainer at Rogers Communications from April 2009 to March 2012, where Tracy also began as a Customer Service Representative. Tracy holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Arts in Media Studies and a Diploma in Media Communications from the University of Guelph-Humber, earned between September 2004 and June 2008.
