Loveness Rusike

Loveness Rusike is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in professional services and customer success, currently serving as SVP, Global Head of Professional Services and Customer Success at Numerix since September 2023. Prior to this role, Loveness held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Customer Experience & Digital Transformation at FINCAD from January 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing customer onboarding, client solutions, and training initiatives. With a strong background in capital markets and change management, Loveness has excelled in program management and client service delivery across various organizations, including Accenture, State Street Bank, and Barclays. Loveness holds a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin, a Master of Science in Investments and Securities from the University of Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Risk & Finance from the National University of Science and Technology.
