Michele Marotta

Michele Marotta, Ph.D., MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global business development and strategic technology partnerships. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Strategic Technology Partnerships Group at Numerix since May 2011, Michele focuses on identifying strategic business opportunities and optimizing the utilization of core products. Prior to this role, Michele founded Applied Financial Science, Inc. and directed the development of advanced AI software tools for the financial sector. Michele also held key positions at SunGard and Twenty-First Securities Corporation, where innovative trading strategies and applications were developed. Academically, Michele holds an Executive MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master of Science from Sapienza Università di Roma, and a Ph.D. in Applied Systems from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
