Bertrand GODIN

Bertrand Godin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Management Controller at Club UK. In 2012, they briefly served as a Wealth Management Advisor at Investia Conseil. From 2014 to 2018, they held the position of Head of Middle/Back Office & Deputy Head of Compliance at iBanFirst. During this time, they also worked as a Middle Office Brokerage Department at Exane Derivatives from May to October 2014. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Chief Risk Officer at iBanFirst before becoming the Head of Operations and Correspondent Banking in 2019. Bertrand Godin's most recent work experience is with Fipto, a company where they co-founded and currently serves as the COO.

Bertrand Godin's education history begins in 2010 when they started their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at the Université du Québec à Rimouski. Bertrand completed this program in 2011.

In 2009, Godin enrolled at the IÉSEG School of Management and pursued a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Finance. Bertrand successfully completed this program in 2014.

During their studies at IÉSEG School of Management, Godin also had the opportunity to study abroad at the BI Norwegian Business School in 2012. Here, they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Godin obtained certifications in the field of compliance and data protection. In 2018, they became a Certified Compliance Officer through the Febelfin Academy. That same year, they also earned the accreditation of a Certified Data Protection Officer from the Data Protection Institute.
