Brian Ayella

Brian Ayella has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as a Planning Intern at Kitgum District Local Government. Here, they gained skills in data collection, analysis, project appraisal, and report generation. In 2019, they worked as a Fellow at The Innovation Village Kampala. Brian then joined national medical stores in 2020, first as a Delivery Clerk and later as a District Supervisor. In 2021, Brian worked at Tugende as a Product Development Officer until 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Junior Growth Analyst at Numida (YC W22).

Brian Ayella received their Bachelor's of Science (B.Sc) degree in Economics from Makerere University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Brian later pursued a Diploma in Project Management from Asean Online Education AOE in 2021. Currently, Brian is enrolled in Makerere University for a Masters of Arts (M.A) degree in Economic Policy and Planning, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
