Melissa McCauley

Melissa McCauley is a seasoned professional in the accessory, gift, and stationery industry, currently serving as the Founder of Talking Out Of Turn since May 2018. Melissa has also been with Numo since November 2013, holding the roles of Creative Director, Product Designer, and Marketing & Sales strategist, focusing on brand development, UX design, and product styling. In addition, Melissa founded Up Your Standard in January 2015, specializing in sleek desk products tailored for the promotional products industry. Previous experience includes serving as Marketing Director and National Accounts Project Manager at Loco Branding from September 2009 to November 2013, and starting a career as an Account Manager at Jeb Designs in 2008. Melissa holds a degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, obtained in 2008.
