Mahesh Sundaram

Mahesh Sundaram has a strong and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Mahesh currently holds the position of VP Engineering at Numocity, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Director at SAP Labs India from February 2019 to March 2023.

Before joining SAP Labs, Mahesh worked at IBM India Private Limited from November 2016 to January 2019 as the Cloud Brokerage Services Development Leader. In this role, they were responsible for implementing Hybrid Cloud management solutions for Fortune 500 customers. Mahesh managed a global team and played a key role in designing and delivering solutions and driving field requirements.

From December 2015 to September 2016, Mahesh held the position of Director at UOrganica.com, where they were responsible for the company's tech stack and provided technology consulting services to other startups.

Prior to that, Mahesh worked at IBM India Pvt Ltd., starting in January 2007. Mahesh held various roles including Development Manager at the India Systems & Technology Lab and the Global Business Solution Center. During their time at IBM, they were involved in managing development teams and delivering solutions.

Mahesh started their career at Infosys Technologies Limited in October 1998, where they worked as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, and eventually as a Project Manager. Mahesh held these roles from October 1998 to December 2006 and was responsible for overseeing project delivery.

Mahesh Sundaram completed their high school education at Sethupathi Higher Secondary School from 1988 to 1992. Mahesh then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Madurai Kamaraj University, which they finished between 1992 and 1995. Following this, they attended Anna University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Instrumentation Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Mahesh Sundaram acquired a certification in Architectural Thinking from IBM in May 2018.
