Tired of sifting through a pile of CVs, only to realize you’re the one doing most of the filtering?

Welcome to Numoo HR, where we cut through the noise and deliver only the best-fit candidates—saving you time, effort, and frustration.

Most recruitment agencies follow the same outdated playbook—scrape profiles, match a few keywords, and flood your inbox with 10-20 resumes. The real work? Left to you. Your team ends up spending weeks filtering, shortlisting, and interviewing, while the agency plays messenger.

At Numoo HR, we do things differently. We blend AI-driven filtration with expert human judgment to ensure that only the most relevant candidates land on your desk. And here’s the game-changer—every shortlisted profile is personally interviewed by our founder, Palash Goorha, who brings years of cross-domain experience in Digital Marketing, Business Development, and SaaS Sales. Having worked with brands like HDFC Ltd, Renault, Bajaj Electricals, Goodyear Tyres, and Standard Chartered Bank, he knows exactly what makes a high-impact hire.

With Numoo HR, you get:

1. AI-powered screening + human expertise for precision hiring
2. No back-and-forth—we handle the filtering, so you don’t have to
3. Faster hiring cycles with only the crème de la crème reaching you
