James Goodchild, PhD is currently working as an Applications Engineer at NuNano, a UK based Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) Probe Manufacturer. Prior to this, James was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Weill Cornell Medicine, focusing on High Speed AFM studying membrane-associated protein structure and dynamics. James also served as an AFM Experimental Officer and Visiting Researcher at the University of Leeds, managing AFM equipment and conducting experiments. James conducted research on AFM and Optical Fluorescence Microscopy during their Ph.D. at the University of Leeds, and worked on Fluorescence Microscopy and Organic Chemistry research during their time at Imperial College London.
