Shanshan Tian

Shanshan Tian is an experienced educational consultant currently working with Shan Squared Educational Consulting since January 2020. In addition to this role, Shanshan has served as an instructor for the Nunavut Teacher Education Program since May 2022 and as a wilderness guide for the Pine River Institute since April 2022, supporting youth facing addiction and mental health challenges. Active in leadership and conservation, Shanshan is a board member for both the Council of Outdoor Educators of Ontario and the Canadian Conservation Corps Advisory Board. Prior experience includes serving as a teacher facilitator at the Ontario Educational Leadership Centre for a decade, focusing on leadership and interpersonal skills development for students. Shanshan holds a Bachelor of Education in Outdoor Education from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University.
