Sam Carter

Sam Carter has extensive experience in food safety and environmental health, currently serving as a Food Safety Officer at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council since June 2020. Prior to this role, Sam worked as a Self Employed professional with Smarter Services from July 2018 to June 2020. Sam's experience also includes positions as a Logistics Manager with Leicester Tigers - Centerplate UK from May 2017 to July 2018 and as Duty Manager at Twycross Zoo from October 2016 to May 2017, where Sam previously held the role of Logistics Manager from October 2013 to October 2016. Sam holds a degree in Food Control, specializing in Food Safety & Food Legislation and Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, earned between 2018 and 2020.
