Neil Lobo currently serves as Team Lead - Growth at both Element8 and NUOX Technologies since April 2023. Prior to these roles, Neil was a Business Development Manager at Forty4Hz from July 2021 to March 2023 and an Account Director at Terapact from November 2018 to March 2020, where responsibilities included forecasting and planning monthly sales for individual accounts, particularly in real estate co-commercialization. Earlier experience includes positions at Franchise Bazar as Consultation & Media Sales | BD, Schneider Electric as Retail Sales Specialist, and a brief internship at bank muscat focusing on finance and investment management. Neil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance and a Diploma in Investment Management from St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), completed between 2014 and 2017.
