Abdulkarim Alabdulkarim holds a CIPD Level 5 certification and possesses extensive experience in workforce engagement and employee well-being. Currently serving as the Engagement & Culture Manager at the National Unified Procurement Company "NUPCO" since May 2023, Abdulkarim previously worked as the Employee Experience Manager at شركة علم from September 2021 to May 2023, and as the Head of Employee Satisfaction Center and Senior HR Specialist at the Saudi Food and Drug Authority from October 2019 to September 2021. Prior roles include leading training initiatives and lecturing at the Department of Psychology, Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, alongside experience as a career counselor at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
