C-Kpip Shadan Alosaimi

Shadan AlOsaimi has a diverse work experience in strategy management and planning roles. Currently, as the Head of Strategy Management Office at NUPCO, they are responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives. Previously, they served as the Digital Strategy Team Leader at the Council of Health Insurance. Shadan also held the position of Senior Strategy Specialist at the Ministry of Commerce, where they reviewed and evaluated the corporate strategy and formulated long-term strategic plans. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Strategy Specialist at KFSHI, contributing to the development of the corporate strategy. Shadan started their career as a Translation Intern at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre.

Shadan AlOsaimi has a strong educational background in business and language interpretation and translation. They obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from Prince Sultan University, although the specific start and end years for this degree are unknown. Prior to their MBA, Shadan earned a Bachelor of languages and translation degree specializing in Language Interpretation and Translation from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.

In addition to their formal education, Shadan has also obtained several certifications that further enhance their skills and knowledge. They are a Certified KPI Professional, having completed the program offered by The KPI Institute in June 2021. They have also completed the Basics of Strategic Management course from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in May 2020. Shadan has acquired expertise in Excel through the Excel Crash Course offered by the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in April 2020. Similarly, they have completed a course on Reading Financial Statements from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in the same month.

Shadan has also demonstrated proficiency in English by obtaining an IELTS certification from the British Council in November 2016. Additionally, they have a GMAT certification from Topaz Systems, Inc. which was obtained in September 2016.
