Manuel Obermayer

Manuel Obermayer serves as a Senior Advisor and holds the titles of Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at the National Unified Procurement Company "NUPCO," the largest health care supply chain company in Saudi Arabia, since August 2019. Previously, Manuel worked at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) as Executive Director Strategy, overseeing the NEOM Investment Fund and NEOM Development Fund from April 2018 to April 2019. Prior to that, responsibilities included Chief Transformation Officer at Al Faisaliah Group Holding JSC from September 2013 to April 2018, where transformation and restructuring initiatives were led across a diversified portfolio. Manuel also held leadership positions at Kuwaiti German Holding Company and AlixPartners, specializing in turnaround and corporate transformation, as well as serving as a Senior Manager at Bain & Company from 1995 to 2003, focusing on strategy formulation for privately held companies. Manuel's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's degree in Economics from Universität Bonn.
