Nouf Alazmaa has a diverse work experience, starting as a Special Education Teacher at the DSCA-Down Syndrome Charitable Association in 2016. Nouf later transitioned to the role of Social Worker before leaving in April 2017. In 2018, Nouf worked as a Marketing Specialist at Arab East Colleges for a year. Nouf then joined AL SAFWA HOSPITAL | MAJESTY as a Marketing Manager from May 2019 to December 2020. Following that, Nouf worked as a Marketing Manager at National Medical Care from December 2020 to December 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Marketing at the National Unified Procurement Company "NUPCO" starting from December 2022.

Nouf Alazmaa completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from King Saud University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Social Work from the same university from 2011 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Nouf obtained various qualifications including Brand Management from the University of London in June 2022, Retail Marketing Strategy from LinkedIn in May 2022, and Foundation of Management from Doroob in May 2020. Nouf also acquired certifications in public relations and protocol from the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia in May 2020. Nouf also completed courses in event management from 3rd Millennium Classrooms in October 2018, and they obtained qualifications of a human resources specialist from the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry in July 2018. Nouf holds an IBM Certified Specialist - SPSS Statistics Level 1 v2 certification from King Saud University in April 2017. Furthermore, they are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and has Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification from the Saudi Heart Association, both obtained in April 2017 and August 2015, respectively.
