Rashed Al Jalajil has a strong background in strategy and management. Rashed Al Jalajil is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at National Unified Procurement Company "NUPCO" since August 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Board Member at Social Development Bank (SDB) from June 2021 to September 2023. Rashed also held various positions at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development - KSA, including Deputy Minister of Strategy & Vision Realization from October 2019 to September 2023, and Deputy Minister of Strategy in October 2019. Before that, they worked as the GM Strategy Management Office at GASCO, National Gas & Industrialization Company from May 2017 to September 2019. Rashed also served as the Executive Director, Office of Strategy Management at the National Water Company from November 2011 to April 2017. Rashed Al Jalajil started their career as the Corporate Performance and Reporting Manager at the National Water Company from December 2009 to March 2011 and previously worked as a Corporate Planning Specialist at Mobily from April 2007 to April 2008.

Rashed Al Jalajil has an extensive educational background in various fields. Rashed Al Jalajil obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, graduating in 1998.

In 2004, they pursued higher education at the University of Portsmouth, where they completed a Master's Degree in International Business & English Studies, which they successfully obtained in 2006.
