Julie Wilhelmsen

Julie Wilhelmsen is a seasoned researcher specializing in political science, with a career that began as a main research fellow at Norsk Utenrikspolitisk Institutt (NUPI) from August 1998 to April 1999. Following this, Julie worked as a researcher at Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt (FFI) from September 2001 to September 2003, before returning to NUPI in September 2003 as a senior researcher. Julie holds a PhD in political science from the University of Oslo, obtained between September 2010 and March 2014, alongside a Master's degree in Russian Government and Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed in October 1996, and a Hovedfag in political science from the University of Oslo, achieved in April 1999.
