Nuqleus
Matija Srbic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing and mentoring early-stage startups in the deep-tech sector. As Managing Director at Nuqleus since October 2019, Matija has focused on business model development and partnership cultivation. In parallel, Matija serves as Program Manager at the Innovation Centre Nikola Tesla, facilitating research commercialization and startup creation. Additionally, Matija leads the Scinergy project, which aims to enhance scientific research commercialization in Croatia, and participates as a Fellow in the Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative. Prior experience includes managing incubation programs at FER and co-founding Noomly, an innovative safety solution for children. Matija holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology from FER.

Nuqleus
Nuqleus is an accelerator program designed for deep-tech ventures. It provides support in commercializing the results of scientific research through a carefully designed program based on years of experience working with deep-tech startups. Through three phases, participants have the opportunity to connect with experienced professionals, undergo top-notch startup education, and receive personalized support in business development. Nuqleus empowers research-driven startups to transition from the lab to the market. Nuqleus was established in 2019 within the Innovation Center Nikola Tesla at the University of Zagreb's Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER), it is based in Zagreb, Croatia.
